At the Australian Poultry Science Symposium (APSS) 2024 in Sydney, Australia, Innovad will share its research findings on the "Improvements in nutrient digestibility and growth performance following the dietary inclusion of a natural emulsifier in broilers fed a corn-wheat-soy-based diet." This study, conducted by Dr. Alireza Khadem, Paul Coquelin, and Dr. Christos Gougoulias, investigates the effects of a natural emulsifier on the performance and nutrient digestibility of broiler chickens.

Energy is a major cost component factor in the diets of high-performance animals, such as broilers and emulsifiers can be used to improve fat and nutrient digestibility and energy efficiency. Posters showcasing the research findings will be formally displayed in the Hyde Park Room, located on the 2nd Floor of the Sheraton Grand - Sydney Hyde Park. This exhibition will take place during the special Poster and Canape Session, scheduled for Monday evening on the 19th of February 2024, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Paul Coquelin, Technical & Product Manager at Innovad, and Robert Nichol, Business Director Asia Pacific, will be present at the event to provide further insights.
